Vnukovo International Airport and Yakutia Airlines hosted an exhibition entitled «Northern Lights Across Russia. 20 Years of Yakutia Airlines», a joint project by the airport and airline.

The exhibition’s main concept is to highlight the beauty of Russia, to showcase unique sights and open new travel routes. This project also aims to support the development of domestic tourist destinations that can be reached from our airport.

Visitors to the exhibition will have the opportunity to see the wonders of Yakutia’s nature and admire the region’s national parks, rivers, pine forests and sand dunes. These and other amazing locations featured in the exhibition are not just chosen at random: travelers can access all of them from Vnukovo International Airport. Over the past 20 years, Yakutia Airlines has launched many routes across Russia and beyond. Today, Yakutia Airlines operate regular and charter flights to the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), to cities of the Far Eastern Federal District, as well as central regions of the Russian Federation. The carrier operates a fleet of Russian and foreign-made aircraft, including Boeing 737-700, Boeing 737-800, Bombardier Q300 and Q400, Sukhoi SuperJet 100. Yakutia Airlines is one of Russia’s 20 largest airlines in terms of traffic.

The photo exhibition at Vnukovo Airport is open for anyone free of charge, is located on the third floor of Terminal A, and will be open until the end of 2023.
