The children’s waiting area is a place for a short-term pre-flight relaxation, intended for passengers with children under the age of seven, for children with special needs, this limit is increased to twelve. The waiting area is located on the 2nd floor of Terminal A and is open for departing passengers from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The area is equipped with upholstered furniture in addition towall-mounted kids entertainment.
Children must be accompanied by an adult, with possible exceptions in the following cases:
- Departure with two or more children under the age of three;
- Departure with children with special needs;
- Children twelve years and under when the accompanying adult is flying with children of different ages where at least one is under the age of seven on the day of departure.
Access is permitted up to 6 hours before departure.
The services within the children’s waiting area are provided free of charge.
Strollers and baggage are not allowed in the children’s waiting area.
Nursing room
The nursing room is located on the 2nd floor of Terminal D, which can be accessed via the elevator or stairs.
It is open 24/7 for departing passengers and passengers of delayed flights.
The nursing room is open for children under the age of seven or for children with special needs up to the age of twelve with an accompanying adult and women in the latter stages of their pregnancy.
There may be more than one adult accompanying a child in the following cases:
- Accompanying with two or more children under the age of three;
- Supervising children with special needs;
- Children twelve years and under are only allowed when one accompanying adult is flying with children of different ages where at least one is under the age of seven on the day of departure. Cribs and bedding are not provided for children over the age of twelve, however, you can stay there for up to twelve hours prior to departure.
Our nursing room offers a playroom, cartoons, a cozy bedroom with children’s bedding included, showers, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Parents can relax in our lounge area supplied with the latest books and magazines.
Passengers with children arriving through the night can stay in the nursing room and the children’s waiting area until 6 a.m., subject to availability.
All of the above mentioned services found in the nursing room are provided free of charge.

Transportation of Strollers
Strollers are carried into the aircraft baggage compartment as checked baggage in addition to the free baggage allowance. A stroller must be used for the transportation of a child accompanied by an adult.
A passenger can use the stroller before boarding the aircraft. When boarding, strollers are handed over to an airport employee at the gate for loading into the baggage compartment.
If you need a stroller immediately before boarding an aircraft, notify an employee at your check-in desk.
When checking in, we recommend handing over any large baby strollers as your checked baggage to avoid any difficulties when moving independently around the airport. Keep in mind that not all boarding gates are equipped with elevators. If there is no elevator, you may have to carry the stroller by yourself, especially when there is no one else available to help. You may ask if there is an elevator available at your boarding gate during check-in.
