On-board Catering

Vnukovo Catering (Sky Food Vnukovo LLC) was founded in 2003 and has since  provided meals to 95% of all the airlines based at Vnukovo International Airport.

Vnukovo Catering produces in-flight meals for «economy» and «business» class and general catering for business aviation (Vnukovo-3).

The qualifications of our chefs make it possible to produce a diverse menu for representatives of different religious orientations, as well as therapeutic needs, vegetarianism and baby food. A special pride is taken in the service of government delegations and top officials of states departing from Vnukovo-2.

Vnukovo catering is:

• a round-the-clock full cycle factory;
• compliant with food safety and quality regulations in accordance with international HACCP standards, HALAL certification, maximum efficiency of order execution: we accept orders until the end of check-in;
• available with its own fleet of special vehicles;
• industry events and catering such as gala dinners, exhibitions, presentations and more;
• thoughtful and caring in its approach to the execution of each order.

Vnukovo Catering has implemented multi-level quality control systems for raw materials at all stages of production, ensuring food safety is maintained during the flight. A team of technologists and chefs are ready to offer each of our clients a variety of dishes, taking into account any specific wishes and preferences whilst preserving the same level of quality throughout.

Vnukovo Catering also provides additional services for airlines carrying individual passengers:

• Passengers can pre-order food & drink orders online through the airlines website.
• The sale of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cold and hot food as well as snacks, sweets and confectionery made in-house. Our company has all the necessary licenses as well as extensive experience applying exclusive software services for passengers during the flight.

Vnukovo Catering plans to implement a system for the «Online sale» of foods through the application, Sky Food Vnukovo LLC. This will allow passengers of Vnukovo International Airport to order and receive meals on the flight according to their tastes directly before the flight.
