Tariff application procedure:
- The tariff is charged for the usage time of each provided telescopic gangway.
3. Item 7
A penalty is charged for the loss/damage of the aeronautical information collection:
- Collection No. 1 — 132 750 RUB
- Collection No. 11 — 99 250 RUB
- Collection No. 12 — 91 540 RUB
- Collection No. 13 — 80 500 RUB
- Collection No. 14 — 88 780 RUB
- Collection No. 15 — 79 350 RUB
4. Item 12
- The tariff is set for one provision of an aircraft escort vehicle; the fee is determined by the established tariff for each service.
- The tariff establishment is stipulated in Item 4.21 of Annex No. 1 to Order No. 241 of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated July 17, 2012.
5. Item 14
- The tariff applies to the additional processing of 1 unit (item) of forwarded baggage.
6. Items 18, 19
- The tariff is not charged for the first two days (48 hours) of baggage storage (Item 4.1.1 of Order No. 241 of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated July 17, 2012); the fee for partial days is charged as for full days.
7. Items 19, 22, 23, 27, 30
- Oversized items include baggage, abandoned objects, items, and substances whose total three dimensions in packaged form exceed 203 cm or whose weight exceeds 30 kg.
8. Items 20, 21, 22, 23
- Tariffs (Items 20, 21) are charged from the first day of storage; tariffs (Items 22, 23) are not charged for the first 2 hours of storage. The fee for partial days is charged as for full days.
9. Items 28, 29
- For the first day, a fee is charged for processing, storage, and issuance of items and substances prohibited for carriage onboard aircraft; from the second day, a fee is charged only for storage of items and substances. The fee for partial days is charged as for full days.
10. Item 31
Procedure for calculating the time used for payment calculation for the use of special technical and transport vehicles (fire truck) with time gradation
- Less than 15 minutes of fire truck use is rounded up to 15 minutes.
- From 16 min. to 30 min. — the fee is charged as for 30 min.
- From 31 min. to 45 min. — the fee is charged as for 45 min.
- From 46 min. to 60 min. — the fee is charged as for 1 hour.
The usage time of the fire truck is calculated from the moment of arrival at the site to the moment of departure from the site.
Tariff application procedure:
- The tariff is charged for the usage time of each provided fire truck
- The cost of water and foam is calculated based on actual expenses.
11. Items 32, 33
The time of passengers' stay is recorded from the moment of placement in the special room until the moment of departure from it.
For calculating the payment amount for each passenger, their stay time in the special room is rounded up to a number divisible by 6 (6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, etc.)

- From 31 min. to 45 min. — the fee is charged as for every 45 min.;
- From 46 min. to 60 min. — the fee is charged as for 1 hour.

- The tariff is charged for the usage time of each provided telescopic gangway.
- The service of using a telescopic gangway corresponds to the following items of Annex A of the IATA SSNO 2018: 3.6.1(a)(с)(3).
3. Item 2
The service of providing aircraft crews with information during flight preparation (providing NOTAM printouts) corresponds to the following items of Annex A of the IATA SSNO 2018: 4.3.1.
4. Item 5
- The tariff is set for one provision of an aircraft escort vehicle; the fee is determined by the established tariff for each service.
- The service of providing an aircraft escort vehicle corresponds to the following items of Annex A of the IATA SSNO 2018: 3.2.1 (a).
5. Item 6
- The tariff applies if this service is not included in the service package and is provided upon request.
- The baggage search service corresponds to the following items of Annex A of the IATA SSNO 2018: 2.3.4(a, b) (1, 2, 3, 6).
6. Item 9
The service of loading (unloading) passengers with limited physical abilities into/from an aircraft corresponds to the following items of Annex A of the IATA SSNO 2018: 2.1.3 (a) (2).
7. Item 10
The service of providing special technical and transport vehicles (ambulift) corresponds to the following items of Annex A of the IATA SSNO 2018: 2.1.3. (a) (6).
8. Item 11
The service of generating IATA format MVT messages corresponds to the following items of Annex A of the IATA SSNO 2018: 4.2.1.
9. Item 12
The service of organizing and overseeing aircraft servicing corresponds to the following items of Annex A of the IATA SSNO 2018: 1.1.1; 1.1.2; 1.1.4; 1.3.7; 1.3.8; 1.3.9.
10. Item 14
- No fee is charged for storing unclaimed baggage of arriving passengers during the first 2 days (48 hours) of storage (Item 4.1.1 of Order No. 241 of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated July 17, 2012).
- The fee for partial days is charged as for full days.
11. Item 15
Procedure for calculating the time used for payment calculation for the use of special technical and transport vehicles (fire truck) with time gradation:
- Less than 15 minutes of fire truck use is rounded up to 15 minutes.
Over 15 minutes:
- From 16 min. to 30 min. — the fee is charged as for 30 min.
- From 31 min. to 45 min. — the fee is charged as for 45 min.
- From 46 min. to 60 min. — the fee is charged as for 1 hour.
The usage time of the fire truck is calculated from the moment of arrival at the site to the moment of departure from the site.
Tariff application procedure:
- The tariff is charged for the usage time of each provided fire truck
The cost of water and foam is calculated based on actual expenses.
The service of providing special technical and transport vehicles (fire truck) for foreign carriers corresponds to the following items of Annex A of the IATA SSNO 2018: 3.7.1 (b) (1).
12. Items 16, 17
The time of passengers' stay is recorded from the moment of placement in the special room until the moment of departure from it.
For calculating the payment amount for each passenger, their stay time in the special room is rounded up to a number divisible by 6 (6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, etc.).
