Vnukovo-3 is the largest business aviation center in Europe and the only FBO in Russia with a IS-BAH Stage 2 certificate. It has its own developed infrastructure and provides a full range of services for the organization and maintenance of business aviation flights using its own production facilities, without third-party machines and equipment. In 2019, Vnukovo-3 started to provide ground handling services for regular cargo flights to Vnukovo-1 (cargo terminal).
Vnukovo has two modern passenger terminals. It also follows the requirements of the China Friendly certification and offers comfortable amenities to passengers from China.
Moreover, the business aviation center has created an infrastructure to receive, service and accommodate helicopters. Currently, we are working on permits for commissioning the Vnukovo-3 helicopter aerodrome. This will offer our passengers a full range of helicopter services.

VIPPORT has been operating since December 2004. VIPPORT organizes ground handling services for business aviation flights as well as scheduled flights at Vnukovo Airport. VIPPORT meets the highest international standards, has all the necessary certificates of conformity and is a member of the world’s largest business aviation associations such as EBAA, NBAA, RUBAA, HAI.
VIPPORT’s staff are experts in organizational support for air transportation. Every day they perform a huge amount of organizational and technical work to service flights, not only to Vnukovo-3, but also to Vnukovo-1 (passenger terminal), Vnukovo-1 (cargo terminal) and Vnukovo-2 (government terminal).
Many years of experience has enabled VIPPORT, CJSC to provide the highest level of service to special flights for foreign heads of state, high-ranking officials and official delegations following a separate protocol. To date, VIPPORT has serviced government flights from 104 countries.
In addition, VIPPORT organizes an international business aviation exhibition called the RUBAE (Russian Business Aviation Exhibition) that is held annually at Vnukovo-3 and is the only event of its kind in the CIS.
