Vnukovo International Airport launched a photo exhibition called "Stavropol Region – Land of Hospitality", which is a joint initiative of the airport and the Ministry of Tourism and Health Resorts of the Stavropol region. It is dedicated to the 220th anniversary of the protected eco-resort of the Caucasian Mineral Waters.

The photo exhibition aims to showcase the beauty of our country, highlight its unique landmarks and suggest new travel routes for Russian citizens. Vnukovo Airport supports the development of domestic tourist destinations that are accessible via our airport.

Visitors will see the unique landmarks of the Caucasian Mineral Waters region. Some photos depict the Medovaya mountain which is named after honeycomb-like yellow rocks. There’s even a local legend that the name comes from the beehives that once lined the mountain slopes and covered them in honey. There are also pictures of the Valley of Roses in the Kislovodsk National Park known for its trails, clean air and the Narzan mineral spring. The rose garden is the gem of this natural area. Along with many other locations, the exposition also features the Narzan Gallery in Kislovodsk, the famous Yessentuki Spring No. 4 and the L.N. Tolstoy Public Garden in Pyatigorsk.

The photo exhibition at Vnukovo Airport is free and will be open until June 2023. It features 20 pictures and is located on the second floor of Terminal A.
