Fast Track - Express Passenger Services

Ladies and Gentlemen,

As of May 15 of this year, Messrs. Aeroservice Vnukovo have been providing the all-new Fast Track service to both domestic and international passengers at Vnukovo Airport. For your information and convenience you will find the terms and conditions of this service immediately below:

Fast Track is an express passenger service package on offer at Vnukovo International.

It results in expedited and faster completion of all the pre-flight formalities under the guidance of one of our company attendants, who will be accompanying you throughout. Fast Track offers a substantial saving of the time you would otherwise have spent clearing immigration and sorting out possible snags at check-in.

Fast Track means all the formalities cleared in record time!

All the departing and arrving passengers are welcome to use the service any time of day or night.

Fast Track comprises expedited customs clearance, immigration and check-in completion as well as dealing with any plant and/or animal quarantine requirements. It also includes personal assistance and consulting with regard to the documentary formalities and procedures at the Airport.

To book and pay for the Fast Track service, please look up our Dispatch Desk on the International Terminal B ’s first level (curbside wall, right-hand side).

Fast Track Departure – facilitated clearance and completion by the passenger of the following procedures and formalities accompanied by our attendant throughout:

• check-in
• passport control
• plant & animal quarantine (when required)
• delivery of passengers to their flights by comfortable vans

Fast Track Arrival – greeting of passengers immediately upon their disembarkation, and subsequent facilitated clearance and completion by the passenger of the following procedures and formalities accompanied by our attendant all along:

• passport control
• customs
• baggage claim assistance

Fast Track for children under the age of twelve is offered at a 50 percent discount. For children under the age of five the service is free of charge.

Also available is the option of Business Class Lounge bookings for quality dwell time at the Airport. The Business Lounge is located on the International Passenger Terminal B’s third level. For your added convenience the Lounge makes available at all times the following services and amenities: premium-class and comfort waiting area, TV flatpanels, fax machines and a photocopier, Internet access, latest press and periodicals as well as light meals, snacks and drinks.

  IMPORTANT! Fast Track service allows the bearer to clear and complete all procedures and formalities quicker and with minimum hassle. It DOES NOT however preclude the mandatory baggage security screening against potential terrorist threats.

  Departing passengers are advised to arrive at the Airport two hours prior to their flights‘ departure. Check-in closes forty minutes prior to a flight’s departure.
